3. Services, Info Products, and Goods
3.1 Automation Services
Cleartaly offers specialized automation solutions for tax-related processes. Services are delivered as described in your agreement.
3.2 Info Products
Digital learning materials, guides, and reports related to tax automation.
3.3 Goods
Physical products such as software media, manuals, or hardware components.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for services, info products, and goods are set forth on our website or in individual agreements. Payment is due as specified, and access or delivery begins after payment confirmation.
5. Reimbursement Policy
Cleartaly provides specific reimbursement terms based on the type of offering. To request a reimbursement or transfer of service entitlement, please submit your request via our Contact Form.
- Automation Services: If no work has commenced, you may request a reimbursement within 7 days of purchase. Once project deliverables have been initiated or completed, services are non-reimbursable. Under certain circumstances, you may transfer service rights to another party by providing written notification before service start.
- Info Products: Due to the immediate nature of digital access, all sales of info products are final and not eligible for reimbursement. This ensures ongoing quality and support services.
- Goods: Unopened and unused goods may be submitted for reimbursement within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipment costs. Upon receipt and inspection, Cleartaly will process the reimbursement to the original payment method within 14 business days.
All approved reimbursements will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. In the case of service transfers, the transferee must meet any qualification requirements specified in the original agreement. Cleartaly does not guarantee immediate availability of service slot for transfers but will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling requests.
6. Changes to Terms
Cleartaly reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by posting revisions on our website. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
